Protection of data

Registration of your personal information is always handled ethically by Nail4you. We regard your personal data as a matter of trust.
In Nail4you, we do not pass on any information to third parties. You therefore do not run the risk that we sell information or use it in other interests than to be able to deliver the order to you.
We do not register any personally sensitive information. When you are about to complete an order, there is a number of information you must provide, namely name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
This information is only used for the delivery of the order. The information is stored at NAIL4YOU ApS for bookkeeping and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and the employees at NAIL4YOU ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at nail4you.dk is NAIL4YOU ApS. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with NAIL4YOU ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you.
You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to NAIL4YOU ApS via e-mail kundeservice@nail4you.dk.
When you pay with Dankort or other types of credit cards in Nail4you, your data is protected with a security method called SSL.
This means that your data is encrypted and cannot get into unauthorized hands. Nail4you does not store the customer's Dankort information, but simply conveys the contact to PBS, which is crucial for us to withdraw the amount equal to payment for the order placed and the amount approved by you as a customer.

Payment options

In Nail4you you can pay in several ways. Thereby you can choose the form of payment that suits you best. The different forms of payment entail different shipping/administration costs.
Payment via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, e-Dankort, Diners, American Express, JCB, ViaBill - read more here and VISA Elektron Payment with these cards online is a fast and secure way to pay for your goods.
The Danish system for payment via credit card is among the best in the world. When paying by credit card, a fee is charged. This fee is usually applied to the shipment, but at Nail4you we pay this fee.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from nail4you.dk. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. You must then pay your
monthly payment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Booking and cancellation

It is possible to order online via the order form in Nail4you. When paying with Dankort, other credit cards or other prepayment, the order is processed when payment is registered in Nail4you. Nail4you we dispatch orders on the same day as far as possible, possibly within 1-2 days.
Therefore, any cancellations are also requested to be submitted as soon as possible, in order to avoid that the item has already been dispatched.
We try to dispatch all orders placed in Nail4you before 12.00 on weekdays on the same day.
Cancellation of an order can be done by writing an email to kundeservice@nail4you.dk, however, we cannot always guarantee that your package is not packed and therefore we cannot change your order.
It will help with the processing of a cancellation if you give us your order number.

You get the order number via the e-mail you receive immediately after placing your order. When you shop with Nail4you, agreements are made in Danish. It is not possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, you must send an email to kundeservice@nail4you.dk.

Cookies

At nail4you.dk, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, how depends on your browser.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop as a consumer at Nail4you.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or get physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and which are delivered individually, or receive the last lot , or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification must be given to kundeservice@nail4you.dk In your notification, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

When purchasing Nail courses, there is no right of withdrawal.

In case of illness, the date can be rebooked.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
You thereby lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.
In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

REMEMBER to attach any the delivery note or another form of note where you describe what should happen to the products you are sending back.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Order confirmation

When you have ordered goods from Nail4you, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This is your proof that we have registered your order. The correct email address must be entered in order for you to receive this confirmation. The order confirmation contains information about your choice of payment method, which goods have been ordered and the total price including shipping costs.

Log statistics

We use log statistics on nail4you.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Nail4you.

Toll free

We do not ship goods for export. That is that all orders are sent / paid incl. Danish VAT, which you can apply to get back in your own country, by contacting customs and tax with the invoice.

Prices

All prices in Nail4you include 25% VAT and other taxes. The prices are daily prices. Administration and shipping costs depend on the way you want to pay and will appear when the payment method is selected.

Complaint

If you have a defective item purchased via Nail4you, you can return it to us and get a new item within 2 years of receiving the item - you must start by sending an email to Kundeservice@nail4you.dk with your order number as well as a picture or video of which you can see the defective item:

You must send the item to us within a 'reasonable time'. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. It will be appropriate for both you and us to have a defective item exchanged as soon as possible.

The right to complain includes all errors that can be referred to product errors or errors that arise as a result of NORMAL use of the item. This does not include natural wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. When you return the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The risk for goods purchased in Nail4you passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

When you take out a subscription/pay via credit agreement, you must enter your date of birth so that we can ensure that you are over 18 years of age.
