Return

If you want to return an item, you must do the following:

  1. Register your return here:
    https://return.coolrunner.dk/Nail4You%20Retur/DK
  2. Pack the item safely and in its original condition.
  3. Place the new return label over the old return label.
  4. Hand in the package to the shipping company indicated on your return label.
  5. Keep the receipt you get from the shipping company.

Note: If you do not use the label sent, you are responsible for returning the package to us.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop as a consumer at Nail4you.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and which are delivered individually, or get the last lot , or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification must be given to kundeservice@nail4you.dk In your notification, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You thereby lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.
The item's condition when you send it back must be unused.



We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

REMEMBER to attach any the delivery note or another form of note where you describe what should happen to the products you are sending back.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Note! Packages that are sent to parcel shops, post offices or other types of collection point will not be collected and will be sent back to you.
We only accept return packages that are delivered to the address in Nørresundby.

Complaint

If you have a defective item purchased via Nail4you, you can return it to us and get a new item within 2 years of receiving the item - you must start by sending an email to Kundeservice@nail4you.dk with your order number as well as a picture or video of which you can see the defective item:

The right to complain includes all errors that can be referred to product errors or errors that arise as a result of NORMAL use of the item. This does not include natural wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. When you return the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The risk for goods purchased in Nail4you passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
